Welcome System

What it does

• Posts your join message in the channel you choose.
• Can mention the member, show the server name, show member count, and use your own text.
• Good for rules, quick links, and first steps for new members.

How to configure it

1. Open Dashboard → your server → Configure → Welcome System.
2. Turn the feature on.
3. Pick the welcome channel.
4. Write the join message.
5. Use Send Test to check it before members see it.

Good to know

• Keep it short. New members should know where to go next.
• Do not put private staff channels in the welcome text.

Common check

If something does not work, check these first: Horizon has the needed Discord permissions, the bot role is high enough, the channel still exists, and the right staff roles are selected in Configure.
