1. Using Horizon
You must be at least 13 years old to use Horizon. When you log in with Discord, invite the bot, configure a server, or use dashboard tools, you agree to use the service safely and responsibly.

These terms apply to Horizon Management, a Discord bot and website dashboard managed by X Systems and hosted by X Systems Hosting.
2. Discord accounts and server access
You are responsible for your Discord account and any action made through it. Server owners and configured roles decide who can access server configuration, shift tools, and in-game logging on the website.
3. Free service
Horizon is currently provided for free. Core features are not locked behind paid upgrades. We may update, limit, pause, or change features when needed for safety, abuse prevention, reliability, or development.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Horizon for spam, scams, phishing, token theft, harassment, illegal activity, evading Discord rules, abusing APIs, or interfering with other users, servers, the bot, or X Systems infrastructure.
5. Server content and logs
Horizon may store configuration, role IDs, channel IDs, shift records, in-game logs, case data, and dashboard settings for the servers where it is used. Server owners and authorized staff are responsible for how they configure and use those tools.
6. Availability
We work to keep Horizon reliable, but service may be affected by Discord outages, hosting issues, maintenance, software bugs, abuse, or changes to third-party APIs. Horizon is provided as-is and as-available.
7. Suspension and removal
We may block, limit, or remove access to Horizon if we believe there is abuse, security risk, rule-breaking, harmful activity, or risk to users, Discord servers, the bot, or X Systems services.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, X Systems is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost revenue, Discord outages, user configuration mistakes, third-party issues, or damage caused by misuse of Horizon.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide rights that cannot be excluded.
