AI Ticket System
Support tickets with AI help for busy communities.
What it does
- Creates support tickets from a panel.
- Can use AI to read the ticket and help with basic questions.
- Keeps staff work cleaner when the server gets busy.
How to configure it
- Open Configure → AI Tickets.
- Choose the ticket category.
- Add the staff roles that should see tickets.
- Set the panel channel.
- Use Post Ticket Panel, then open a test ticket.
Good to know
- Use simple support categories first. Add more later only if you need them.
- Do not put private keys or secrets in ticket prompts.
Common check
If something does not work, check these first: Horizon has the needed Discord permissions, the bot role is high enough, the channel still exists, and the right staff roles are selected in Configure.
