Sessions

What it does

• Helps staff announce sessions.
• Can keep session setup details in one place.
• Useful for ER:LC and Roblox communities that run scheduled events.

How to configure it

1. Open Configure → Sessions.
2. Turn the feature on.
3. Pick the announcement channel.
4. Add the roles that can manage sessions.
5. Save, then run a small test session.

Good to know

• Use a clear session channel so members know where announcements appear.

Common check

If something does not work, check these first: Horizon has the needed Discord permissions, the bot role is high enough, the channel still exists, and the right staff roles are selected in Configure.
