Shift System
Track who is on duty, on break, and how long staff worked.
What it does
- Staff can start and end shifts.
- Break time is tracked separately.
- Managers can view or clean up shift records.
How to configure it
- Open Configure → Shift System.
- Add staff roles that can go on duty.
- Add management roles that can manage shift records.
- Set the report channel if you want shift logs.
- Set quota hours and the period.
Good to know
- Use one staff role for normal staff and one management role for supervisors.
- Keep quotas realistic so staff do not treat it like a chore.
Common check
If something does not work, check these first: Horizon has the needed Discord permissions, the bot role is high enough, the channel still exists, and the right staff roles are selected in Configure.
