Let members send feedback to staff.

What it does

  • Collects feedback through the bot.
  • Can send feedback to a staff channel.
  • Good for server improvements and reports.

How to configure it

  1. Open Configure → Feedback.
  2. Pick the feedback channel.
  3. Set staff roles if needed.
  4. Save and send a test feedback message.

Good to know

  • Check feedback regularly or members will stop using it.

Common check

If something does not work, check these first: Horizon has the needed Discord permissions, the bot role is high enough, the channel still exists, and the right staff roles are selected in Configure.
