This policy explains how Horizon Management, operated by X Systems and hosted by X Systems Hosting, handles information for the Discord bot and website dashboard.
When you use Horizon, we may process your Discord user ID, username, avatar, server IDs, role IDs, channel IDs, server configuration, shift records, in-game logs, case data, and dashboard session data.
When you sign in with Discord, Discord may provide your user profile and server list so the dashboard can show only servers you share with Horizon and check whether you can manage or use features.
We use information to operate the bot, provide dashboard access, enforce server permissions, save configuration, show live staff activity, create logs, prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability.
The website uses cookies and server-side sessions to keep you signed in, protect OAuth login, remember your dashboard access, and prevent unauthorized requests.
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate Horizon, such as Discord, hosting infrastructure, authentication, security, and support tools.
We may review technical signals, logs, server configuration, and dashboard activity when needed to investigate abuse, security issues, outages, or policy violations.
We keep data for as long as needed to provide Horizon, maintain server configuration, support staff activity records, prevent abuse, comply with law, and keep reasonable business records.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your Discord account, bot tokens, and server permissions protected.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority.
For privacy requests, contact us through the X Systems support server or email oriveth@corexbot.xyz.
