How to configure it

1. Open Configure → Promotion.
2. Set manager roles and channels.
3. Configure the workflow options shown.
4. Save and test with staff first.

Good to know

• Keep promotion rules clear. The bot should support the process, not replace judgment.

Common check

If something does not work, check these first: Horizon has the needed Discord permissions, the bot role is high enough, the channel still exists, and the right staff roles are selected in Configure.
