Feature guide
Dispatcher CAD
Create, prioritize, assign, and close incidents from one dispatch console.
What it does
- Shows the call queue, handled-call history, active responders, map, and call details in one dispatcher-only page.
- Imports supported ER:LC calls when live call importing is enabled.
- Creates manual calls by choosing New call and clicking the incident location on the map instead of typing coordinates.
- Assigns claimed responders, updates incident status and priority, and marks incidents handled.
- Receives responder panic activations as critical calls that are already assigned to the responder who activated panic.
How to configure it
- Ask a server manager to add your Discord role under CAD → Dispatcher page roles or an agency dispatcher role.
- Open your server card → CAD → Dispatcher, or run /cad and open the Dispatcher CAD link.
- Use the call filter to view Active, Handled, or All incidents.
- For a manual incident, press New call, click the map, enter the incident details, and create the call.
- Open a call, select an available claimed unit, and press Dispatch unit.
- Update status or priority as the incident progresses, then press Handled when it is complete.
Good to know
- Manual calls are available only when Allow manual calls is enabled.
- Only responders who have claimed an active ER:LC player can be assigned.
- Panic alerts appear as critical calls in the normal call queue.
- The map is for incident placement and incident markers, not live responder tracking.
- Without a configured dispatcher role, the Dispatcher CAD page is not available even to the server owner.
Common check
If something does not work, check these first: Horizon has the needed Discord permissions, the bot role is high enough, the channel still exists, and the right staff roles are selected in Configure.
